Of course! Personal Training is $80/hour or $45/half-hour.

We also offer packages:

  • $320 – 4 hour long sessions
  • $640 – 8 hour long sessions
  • $980 – 12 hour long sessions
  • $1280 – 16 hour long sessions
  • $180 – 4 half hour sessions
  • $360 – 8 half hour sessions
  • $540 – 12 half hour sessions
  • $720 – 16 half hour sessions

While we don’t have dedicated care available, we have space for your kids to sit and chill. Talk to a coach if you have any questions.

Easy, Just send an email to info@friscocrossfit.com requesting to cancel 30 days before your next draft. (requesting a cancellation less that 30 days may result in fees)

Personal Programming

Personal Programming

  • All inclusive individualized programming
  • Initial consultation to discuss strengths, weaknesses and goals.
  • Communication in the form of weekly emails to see how the previous week went, answer questions about the coming week, and explain reasoning for certain workouts. This will be a more in depth communication to see how you are progressing with the programming.
  • Contact during the week for specific daily programming question. Reply within 48 hours
  • Free monthly Drop-in at FCF

Other Options
