Cory L.
Cory L.Coach
Cory has been active all of his life as both a competitor and a coach. He was a state ranked gymnast and a member of a 4 time state champion and #2 nationally ranked team that was recognized by the GHS Sports Hall of Fame. Cory started CrossFit in late 2006 solo and then found the famed CFDC in 2008 coached by Spencer and Samuel Nix. He went on to open FCF in 2009 and has been part of changing lives for over a decade. This program is one of the most efficient means of obtaining a high level of strength and conditioning there is. Don’t waste another minute contemplating the decision to change your life for the better.
Diego P.
Diego P.Coach
Coach Diego is a multi-sport athlete with a background that varies from soccer to skate boarding. After graduating from high school, Diego took a position as the assistant coach for his school’s varsity soccer team. It was during this time that he became involved in weight training, which lead him to begin his pursuit of personal training education. During 2006, while working for a athletic performance gym, he got introduced to CrossFit. He received his Level 1 in January of 2010 and felt a renewed purpose and appreciation for a lifestyle of fitness. This lead to a strong interest in Olympic lifts and prompted him to get certified through USA Weightlifting in 2013. As a proud member of the FCF family, Diego is happy to share his years of knowledge and experience, and looks forward to continue learning even more.

Brian S.Coach
Coach Brian found FCF nearly a decade ago. He has been in the fitness industry most of his life, either competing, coaching or programming and enjoys developing corporate fitness programs for fitness and weight loss.

Jen R.
Jen R.Coach
Always an athlete and playing some type of sport, Jen found CrossFit in 2013 while living in Los Angeles. After having two kids and taking a break from athletics, she found herself overweight and very unhappy. Having become bored of the traditional elliptical/weight machine routine, she gave CrossFit a try.

“CrossFit has changed my life in so many ways. It showed me I was strong, I could do things I never thought possible and it gave me a sense of community that I hadn’t experienced outside my own personal family”.

Jen is a CrossFit L1 trainer and her goal at FCF is to bring the community together through fitness and fun! She is in charge of special events, merchandise and community outings.

Jeremy S.
Jeremy S.Coach
Coach Jeremy is a Level 1 Coach and started with FCF in 2014. Before discovering FCF, Jeremy was in the doldrums of the typical Globo Gym training routine. With no real direction and struggling to find that perfect training routine that kept him motivated and making progress, he soon became disheartened with his current routine and was wondering if he would ever achieve the fitness goals he was looking for. Fast foward, he has achieved fitness goals he never dreamed were possible and continues to this day. Even becoming a coach at FCF! His favorite WODs involve barbell work and his favorite lift is the Clean and Jerk.

Coach Anthony started at FCF over 7 years ago and has been coaching at FCF for almost 6 years. Outside of the gym, he enjoys spending time with his wife Tanya, playing guitar, and reading books by old dead guys. “Fitness has changed my life. I have learned how to care for my body so my body will care for me well into my golden years! The best part about coaching is walking alongside people as they show up each day to better themselves. It is an honor to help people meet and exceed the goals they have set for themselves. If I would give someone new to FCF one piece of advice I would tell them to just “walk through the front door. The community will help you do the rest!”

Coach Steve found FCF in 2015 and after 3 years training here at FCF, he decided to take the CrossFit L1 and became a coach. After becoming bored with wandering around the traditional gym, not knowing what to work on, he was referred to FCF because every day has a programmed workout that is different. He walked through the front doors at FCF and after that first week, he was hooked.

Coach Steve also loves to go to TQs Saturday yoga class. “After my first yoga class I really became passionate about the mind, body, and breath connection.”

Steve lives and works in the IT industry, in Frisco.

In 2012, I found FCF and fell in love after the very first day. The opportunity to combine two things that I am completely passionate about is such an honor and I feel very privileged to guide students through their yoga practice.

OUR POLICIES

  1. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF FOURTEEN (14) ARE ALLOWED UNSUPERVISED IN THE GYM AT ANYTIME. IT IS THE TRAINEES’ RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE BABY SITTING SERVICE FOR MINORS. THE GYM DOES NOT PROVIDE A BABY SITTING SERVICE.
  2. VIOLATIONS OF POSTED RULES AND REGULATIONS: Reasonable rules and regulations may be posted from time to time at the gym regarding health, protection of safety of trainees, and all trainees shall be subject to strict compliance therewith. Failure by trainee to comply shall permit Seller to revoke Training Agreement, said revocation to be effective upon notice to trainee.
  3. LIMITATION OF TRAINER’S LIABILITY: TRAINEE REPRESENTS, WARRANTS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE TRAINEE IS IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND ABLE TO UTILIZE TRAINER’S EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES AND PERFORM THE EXERCISES RECOMMENDED BY TRAINER IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE TRAINING GRANTED HEREBY. TRAINEE RELEASES AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FOR PERSONAL INJURIES TO THE TRAINEE RESULTING FROM, OR IN ANYWAY RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH, THE USE OF THE GYM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, USE OF ALL FITNESS AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THOSE CAUSED BY TRAINER’S NEGLIGENCE.
  4. TRAINEE’S RESPONSIBILITY AS TO USE OF THE GYM: You, (Buyer, each Trainee and all guests) should consult with your physician before using our training and facilities. You understand and acknowledge that we have no expertise in diagnosing, examining or treating any medical condition. You agree you will not use the facilities with any medical condition, including open cuts, sores, infections, whether bacterial or viral, maladies or inability to maintain personal hygiene, if such condition poses a direct threat to the health or safety of yourself or others, and agree you will use the facilities in accordance with all applicable public health requirements. It is your responsibility to consult with your physician to determine if any of the medical conditions exists and, if so, whether such condition poses a direct threat to the health and safety of yourself to others. The gym reserves the right, however, to make the final determination in this regard.
  5. ACCIDENTS: All exercise and use of all facilities shall be undertaken by Trainee at Trainee’s sole risk. The trainee represents that the trainee carries their own accident and health insurance policy to cover any personal injuries to them personally or which they may cause to others. The trainee agrees to cover their own insurance claims and acknowledge that the training cost reflects the savings of the gym due to the fact that the trainee provides their own health insurance and not the gym.
  6. DISHONORED CHECK CHARGE: TRAINEE agrees to pay a $25.00 fee or the maximum amount permitted by law (including our costs and expenses incurred in connection with the collection of any returned check or item, (where permitted) for any returned Check or other item.
  7. Frisco CrossFit is not responsible for any item brought into the facility and not our responsibility if lost or stolen. All valuables should be locked up.
